Our dedicated team works closely with you to tailor every detail — personalised feasting menus, your preferred drinks setup, dietaries handled by name — so the only thing left on your to-do list is showing up.

And unlike most venues, there's no group service fee. Bringing a crowd shouldn't cost extra.

Nestled at the back of the venue, this light-filled private courtyard is the perfect connection between outdoors and in. Good to Know

Questions, answered.

Do you charge a group service fee?
Nope. Unlike most venues, there's absolutely no mandatory large-group service fee or surcharge. The only exception is our standard 10% Sunday surcharge, which applies venue-wide to all diners to help us look after our team on weekends.
How long do we have the space?
A generous 3-hour sitting — plenty of time to relax and feast. Think you'll need longer? Let us know in advance and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A booking deposit secures your space and is applied to your bill as a prepayment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation — but if you need to reschedule, reach out as early as possible and we'll discuss a change of date.
Can we order à la carte, or is it set menu only?
Groups of 10+ in The Atrium or The Loft dine on one of our Group Feasting Menus (from $75pp). They're designed to share and fully customisable to tastes and dietary requirements.
How do you handle dietary requirements?
Incredibly easily. We'll gather all dietaries and allergies the week of your booking — just link each requirement to the guest's first name and the floor team handles the rest seamlessly.
What about children?
Kids 12 and under order directly from our kids menu — no group menu needed. All minors under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian in attendance. Please note we don't host children's birthday parties.
Can we bring a celebration cake?
Absolutely. Cakeage is $3 per person, which covers storage, cutting, and serving it beautifully with plates and candles.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes — flowers, balloons and banners are all welcome. Just one strict rule: no confetti, please!
Can we play our own music?
To keep the atmosphere great across the whole venue, we play our own curated background music. External speakers or amplified devices aren't permitted.
